Asaanex collects punches from your biometric terminals and hands them to your own systems. There are three ways to move that data, and you can use more than one at a time.

Your software asks for punches on a schedule: every few minutes, or once a night before payroll runs. Best when your system already has a job scheduler and you want control over timing.

Asaanex posts each punch to your endpoint as it happens, signed with HMAC-SHA256. Best for live dashboards, gate notifications, or anything that should react immediately.

Integration questions

Can I connect Asaanex to my existing HR software?

Yes, if your software can call a REST API or receive a webhook. You read punches with your API key, match them by employee number, and store them wherever you already keep attendance.

How do employee numbers match between systems?

Each punch carries the employee number configured on the terminal. If your HR system uses the same code, matching is direct. If not, keep a small mapping table, or update the employee numbers on the terminal to match your payroll codes.

Do you support Pakistani payroll rules such as late deductions?

Asaanex provides the raw punches with timestamps and verification method. Rules like grace periods, half days and late deductions live in your payroll software, which keeps the policy under your control.

What if my system cannot receive webhooks?

Use the REST API on a schedule instead. Many teams start with a nightly pull before payroll, then add webhooks later if they want live updates.
