How this compares with a local attendance server

Traditional attendance software runs on a PC in the office, needs that PC switched on to collect punches, and usually needs a static IP or a VPN if you have more than one branch. The licence is often charged per device.

A cloud gateway removes that machine entirely. Terminals push punches out to the internet, so branches in different cities all report into one workspace, and your HR or payroll software reads a single API instead of importing files from each site.

What does the free trial include?

All of it. For the first 3 months you get the full workspace: every supported terminal, unlimited punches, the REST API and signed webhooks. No credit card is needed to start.

Is the price per device or per employee?

Neither. It is one subscription for the workspace, so adding another terminal or another hundred employees does not change what you pay.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Your attendance data stays exportable through the dashboard and the API while the workspace is active, so you can take a CSV copy before you go.

Do you help with setting up the machines?

Yes. The setup guides cover the common terminals, and if your model or firmware is different you can email or message us and we will walk through the menu with you.
